Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 (New Jersey Pay to Play Law) the Township of Buena Vista, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey is seeking proposals under a “FAIR and OPEN” process for the following Professional Services for the period of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025:

A detailed “Request for Proposals” (RFP) packet is on file and available in the Office of the Municipal Clerk, 890 Harding Highway, Buena, NJ 08310 and on the Township’s website, www.buenavistanj.com. “Sealed” proposals must be received by the Municipal Clerk’s Office no later than 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. All questions must be addressed to Lisa A. Tilton, CPM/RMC, Municipal Clerk of the Township of Buena Vista.

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS: Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by Buena Vista Township on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 11:00AM prevailing time in the Office of the Township Clerk, Municipal Building, 890 Harding Highway, Buena, New Jersey 08310, at which time and place the sealed bids will be opened and read in public for:

ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES

Sealed Proposals must be submitted on the Quotation Sheets provided in the matter designated. Specifications, instructions to bidders and quotation forms may be obtained at the Township Clerk’s Office during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 4:30PM or on the Township’s website www.buenavistanj.com.
